Absolutely recommend Garage Door 911!! I have been using their services for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. They are always out to check on my garage door issues within a couple days and are extremely kind and courteous. I love that they are a family run business that truly care about their customers!

We needed someone to come fix our garage door and so I read the reviews about this company! We will hands down use them again if needed. We called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out that same day to help us fix the broken spring for our garage door. They were very personable and helpful while here!

I backed into our garage door. Tyler came out and got it working while our parts were on order. He repaired it two days later, efficiently and professionally. He even straightened the brackets and realigned the garage door opener. Kind, polite, and patient with both me and our exuberant puppy. Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Of Course my garage door spring breaks two days before leaving on a trip for a holiday weekend and I was in a big jam, they came out, fixed the problem and got me squared away. Couldn’t be happier with their service price and communication. I will only use Garage Door 911 for all my future needs.

The repairman was on time and he figured out that the last guy who worked on my garage door really screwed it up pretty bad. he fixed the problem and now my garage door works just like it is suppose to. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

Chris was amazing. Great service and really good at his job. He adjusted the door and ordered new motor. Came back to adjust again within hours when the door came off again. New motor installed, all adjusted and running great. I uses another company for a couple of decades, never again. Garage door 911 is awesome.

Great communication and service. My garage door broke over the weekend. I called Monday morning and was worked in to the schedule quickly. The office called as promised 30-40 min before Chris showed up to fix the door. Chris showed up in the time frame I was given and got everything back up and running quickly. Thanks.

Garage door 911 has solved several problems for me every since we moved to the valley many years ago. Very honest and fast work. Highly recommended and I won't be using anyone else for garage door related stuff. Tyler, Chris, John, Pauline and another young lady (can't remember her name, sorry) are all very nice and personable.

They did an excellent job. Remote wouldn't work unless I was next to the door. It to some convincing and they added an antenna but wanted to charge me for it. Just make sure their quote includes everything.

Tyler did an EXCELLENT job! Came in, friendly, knocked out the door like it was nothing to him. Super impressive, affordable, and fast. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do, at least I know it's not going to be a headache. 10/10
